Had a 23 year old fiberglass shower replaced on 3/21/2022 in ONE day!! Adam Beaman was the installer and he was on-time, friendly, hard working and skilled at what he does. Beautiful job!! One is always apprehensive when contracting home improvements; but, not to worry with EZ Pro Bath and Adam.

I absolutely love my master bathroom now! Before we had blue everything in there(toilet, sink, tub, floor, toilet). It may be small, but it is definitely nice and relaxing in there now. Everything is perfect. Adam Beaman did an amazing job! If I have my other two bathrooms renovated in the future, I will most definitely use them again!

We had our bathtub changed to a full shower.Our installer was JERRY T. SMITH. He did an absolutely beautiful job in 2 days. JERRY was very professional...polite...explained everything he did an was going to do while installing. He cleaned up everything perfect and took it away. We think he deserves much more than a 5 star....more like 10 Stars. I have already recommended him to others as I have showed the pictures of our BEAUTIFUL shower. Thanks Jerry T. Smith

We hired EZPro for two jobs. Our salesman was Michael Stocks and our installer was Nate Boyer. Both were very professional. It was Nate that made both bathrooms look outstanding, completing both jobs in a professional and timely manner. Job One: Work performed in the master bathroom was a complete removal of existing tub and walls then installation of a low step shower with new vinyl walls, shower doors and fixtures. Job Two: Work performed in the hall bathroom was a complete removal of existing tub and walls, then installation of a new tub with new vinyl walls and fixtures. What is listed is a condensed version of what is included in the EZPro process and the work Nate performed. The big plus that earns EZPro five stars for both jobs was our installer Nate Boyer. Nate is a great representative of EZPro. He is a very respectful, courteous and conscientious worker. He kept us informed as the job progressed and did an outstanding job on both bathrooms. We were very impressed with the work ethic of this young man. EZPro is fortunate to have an employee like Nate with his attitude toward completing an outstanding job in a timely manner working for them.

From the first meeting with sales, to the post sale inspection to spec out the project, to the installation by John, we were handled professionally, educated about both materials and processes and answered any and all questions throughout the job. John was on time, worked tirelessly, took great care to protect the areas he would be traversing with materials and tried to minimize the disruption to the household at large. The pattern we chose was subway tiles, so every cut/fit had to be ( and is) an exact match to the adjacent piece. A window with 1940's trim and molding abuts the shower area. John made exact cuts around the woodwork, so the window would remain intact. A toe molding was needed to cover the gap between the old tub outline and the more slender shower footprint. A flat piece of wood would have sufficed but John topped the wood with a 1/4 round strip making it look much more 'finished"- just another example of the extra miles, care and effort John took to make the project perfect. There need to be more than five stars to describe the finished project and John in particular.

The installer for our replacement shower was John. He was punctual, thorough, and worked at a steady pace. His attention to details such as laying down runners over the carpet and crafting a solid shower enclosure were much appreciated. John also kept dust and grit to a minimum during the replacement, the fact that he vacuumed whatever dust and debris resulting from the install was the mark of a true craftsman. We would not hesitate to refer customers to your company because of the professionalism of not only John, but everyone we had contact with during the project. Also, Ron Bundy, the salesperson we had the pleasure of discussing the work we wanted to obtain, gave a very thorough and detailed presentation.

We couldn't be happier with the entire process from the sales call, to scheduling to the installation. We had an existing fiberglass shower/tub removed and a new shower installed with plumbing, fixtures and sliding shower doors. Our installer, Mr. Jerry T. Smith, was a pleasure to work with. He did a great job in explaining the process and helping with decisions on placements of items like grab bar and shelves. Mr. Smith is on top of his game and was very thorough in the installation . He pays great attention to detail and we are very pleased with the results. I normally do all repairs and remodeling myself but am very glad I let the pros at EzPro Baths Express and Jerry Smith do this project for us. We highly recommend them.

Had tub/shower replacement, John was the installer and he did a fantastic job with the installation. He was on time, friendly, informative on the work that was to be done. He had no problem with me checking to see how the install was going, and asking my suggestions for placement of shelves, etc.that were to be installed. He worked tirelessly and was very organized. John completed the job by the end of the day, cleaned the area that had been worked in and reviewed all of the installation process, and left me with instructions on the time period of the drying time before using the tub and shower, Recommended products to use to clean the new tub and shower. As you can tell I am a very happy client , If 10 stars were available I would’ve definitely given him 10 stars for the job he did!A valued asset to EzPro! Mike Cashman installed our new walk-in shower on 2/7/22 and did a great job! He kept us updated on what he was doing throughout the day. He was extremely professional and courteous. Adam Beaman of snow hill North Carolina did the remodeling of the two bathrooms in our home in one we removed a Jacuzzi bathtub and replaced with a walk-in shower in the other bathroom we replaced a walk-in shower that had been in the house since 1976 we are very happy with the work that Adam did he was very thorough very clean and very prompt with all of the work that he performed it was a pleasure to have him in our home to do this work would highly recommend Adam and EZ Pro if you need a bathroom redone.

My EZProBathsExpress installer, Chris Boyer, did an excellent job! He was professional and cordial. He explained the process, offered an estimated time of completion and met his goal. He was quiet, respectful and paid attention to detail. I appreciate his efforts.

I had a great experience working with the EZPro staff. They replaced my moldy tile shower with this gorgeous acrylic that is beautiful. Tammie was awesome in helping me pick out options and keep the price as low as possible, and Ben Chilson was great with the install. He was super nice, answered all my questions, and kept the area as clean as possible when he was done each day. Lucky did a fantastic job. Very professional. I had some concerns about the new shower tub being smaller than the old cast iron tub it was replacing but Lucky trimmed it in with no problem. Thank you Lucky. I will definitely use them again.

We were very pleased with the work done by Bryan Wilson. He installed a beautiful bathroom on the 4th floor. He carried everything up all those stairs! His work was done in 3 days and we could not be happier with the outcome.

We had our shower and floors redone by EZpro express and the installer was Mike Cashman, who did a fantastic job and improvised on a couple of details in the bathroom with great detail and execution. He cleaned up before leaving every day and put down protective pads over the floors of the house. We have yet to use the new shower, waiting on the glass to come, but it looks great.

Ez Pro Bath installer Adam Beaman did a wonderful bathtub to shower conversion at my home. He was prompt, courteous, and respectful. We have the work completed one week ago, and we could not be happier! The whole team was courteous, professional, and deliver the product that they sold, as well as the services in a timely manner. Our project consisted in replacing a tub/shower to a shower with glass doors. Ben Chilson did a fantastic job on my bathroom renovation. He fixed the subflooring so that my toilet didn't fall through the floor and land on my head in the family room below which was my primary concern. He also replaced the tub which had been retaining water and the tile surround which was full of mold. My bathroom looks awesome now and all I have to do is get the drywall patched and the walls painted and I can move on to the NEXT project.

Brian and Jason were my installation team. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and the attention to detail. They went out of their way to accommodate everything we wanted in our remodel. Brian took care to make sure the job was done correctly.

Ben Chilson Ben was a joy to work with. He was knowledgeable, punctual, and did excellent work. Our bathroom is amazing and I would highly recommend both him and EZ Pro. He did the entire remodel by himself, but I felt he could've used a helper to do some of the running up and down stairs. It's a huge job for one person, although he never complained.

Bryan Wilson did an exceptional job. Even with the wrong size shower door (not Bryan's fault) is still exceptional. When we finish with door, the work will be excellent.

Bryan Wilson upgraded my whirlpool to a Large walk in shower! Its beautiful, he showed me different steps and told me why things were important. Our Post-Sale guy Jason and our Installer Bryan were both awesome. Bryan pulled out our old broken jet-tub and replaced it with a massive new shower that looks awesome, all in under a week! He was always on-site when he said and always in a good mood, and made sure to get our input on the important details. The worksite was always cleaned up at the end of the day, and the whole process was really straight forward and painless. Couldn't be happier!

We had a very positive experience and couldn't be happier with our 2 upgraded bathrooms! Derek did a fabulous job - he had such an attention for detail and clearly took pride in the quality of his work. He was careful and tidy, but also incredibly efficient. He was willing to talk through things with us when we had questions and I was amazed at how well versed he was across disciplines. We're super happy with how everything turned out!

Mike Cashman was prompt and professional. He asked numerous questions. Even things we weren't aware of. Very clean and quiet other than sawz-all which couldn't be avoided. Explained everything in detail. Finished by time he said. The subway tiles look great. Love the bronze fixtures and we actually forgot that it was included. Love it! Not used it yet as we have to wait 24 hours.

I had a wonderful experience with EZ ProBaths Express. Mike Cashman was my installer on my shower-over-tub conversion to a walk-in-shower. He arrived exactly on time, explained what he was going to do, and for the next 9 hours he worked diligently and competently to complete the project the same day. I called them they sent a salesman Bobby Denton down went through the process got the date set to start. They sent Luckie Toler and Adam and then brandon lassiter all which were very professional on time and did great work. I would recommend the company and the workers. They did a very good job. Our installer for our tub to shower conversion was Adam Beaman. He arrived right on time, taking extra care to see that the floors leading into the bathroom were protected. Jason Edwards was on time for the two appointments that I had with him regarding the installation. He explained everything, but did not over explain. He also understood what I was looking for and did not try to upsell me. Luckie Toler did the installation and the process was quick and easy to deal with. Bobby Flowers of EZ Pro Baths Express completed the installation of three bathrooms for me. He was very organized and very precise. He planned the work in each successive bathroom so that he could review and confirm installation decisions with me before they were undertaken and that he scheduled work in such a way that his time was efficiently spent and that he gave constant attention to installation details. He cleaned up completely after each day of work so that he maintained a quality work environment. He reviewed with me each day's accomplishments and his plans for the next day. EZProbaths is fantastic!! The experience from start to the finished project was so positive. Warren came today to replace my dad's tub with a shower. The first thing they did was lay a waterproof runner from the front door to the bathroom. Then they had to cut the tub apart to get it out, take the wall down all the way to the studs, replace plumbing, and all the other "dirty" jobs required. When they were finished we couldn't even tell they were here. Warren and his crew were polite, efficient, friendly, and very competent. Dad can't wait to take his first shower in it. We needed to transform our bath tub into an accessible shower and updated the entire bathroom at the same time. The installer, Derek Eatmon, was very professional and accommodating. He offered quick solutions when small snags arose and made the whole process easy.

EZPro Bath gave great service from start to finish. Job was completed on time and on budget. They take great care of your home and keeping it as clean as possible throughout the job. We are % satisfied. I will definitely use EZ Pro Bath again and will always recommend them when I get a chance.

Overall, great experience with EZPro. Kirk from sales was excellent and great at explaining their process. We had some issues with the design team, as the tile we picked out was not ordered until the last minute and we were unable to get it and had to scramble to pick a new tile (with very little guidance), but after that little hiccup the rest of the project went smoothly. Jeff our project manager was great and very communicative. They use an awesome project tracking website, which was super helpful to see the progress! The bathroom is beautiful -- very high quality!!

I was very pleased with the bathroom remodel done by EZPro. They made the process about as stress-free as is possible for a home-improvement project. I am very happy with the finished product and the icing on the cake was that they finished one week ahead of schedule!

EZPro has done a custom design master bath, full bath and half bath for me. The end to end experience was exceptional from proposal, design and installation. All products are of high quality and their people all are skilled and do great work. Highly recommend this company. They just get it.

EZPro Baths completely redesigned our master and kids bathrooms. They facilitated the whole process from design, fixtures, timing...we had a challenge in the master bath related to how the plumbing was done when the house was built. They took the time to come up with a solution that was absolutely awesome! The process of renovation and not being able to use a space for a period of time can be challenging, but truly everyday I step foot in either bath....I am so very glad we did it!

Highly efficient service with a tight team at EZPro! Timetables ran better than I have experienced for any contracting work, engineering and construction details were outstanding. Great color palettes from design team as well. Really appreciate the CAD fly through of project and business-like presentation of the project in early development phase. We had been considering master bathroom remodel and know it wasn’t something we wanted to tackle as DIY. We looked around at a few companies and were fortunate to find EZPro. The staff and management were awesome to work with and did the best at getting us a very nice master bathroom. It was exactly what we asked for as well expected from the design. I would highly recommend giving EZPro a shot in making your remodel a reality.

The best experience we have ever had with a contractor and remodel! Everyone is super nice, polite, and accommodating. The quality of work is excellent. Joe, was so helpful, knowledgeable, and readily available with any questions or concerns. At the end of job, they have you inspect everything and put together a punch list. I am OCD and very detail oriented and had compiled a large list of minor items. No questions asked, they took care of each and everyone. They did our Master bathroom and guest bathroom and we are very pleased! They are very methodical, organized, and have everything scheduled to a calendar with daily status reports and updates. The only slight criticism is it would have been nice if the sales people had done a follow up to ensure everything was ok and to our satisfaction. This was done by the assigned project manager though. All in all, extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend them for your bathroom remodel needs!

We had a great EZ PRO experience. We did not choose EZ PRO because they were the lowest cost (though we were happy with what we got for the money). We chose them because we trusted in their expertise. As opposed to being a one or two person show they had a tear-out crew, plumbers, electricians, and specialists for everything they did. We also chose them because we were able to meet with a design specialist to "see" our bathroom in every detail before the project began, and it's remarkable how close the finished result came to what we agreed on. I also appreciated the fact there were no surprised. Things were priced up front to the penny, and the few adjustments we made were initiated by us and were well worth it. Finally, we enjoyed working with EZ PRO's knowledgable, friendly, and professional staff. When we had some concerns as the project was going along everything was explained clearly and to our satisfaction. A great group of people that do great work. The only downside is they don't work on kitchens. 😉

EZ Pro Baths completed a full master bath renovation for us in February 2018, and we couldn't be more impressed with their work. From the initial consultation to the finished product, they were professional, creative, and easy ("EZ" !) to work with. They really transformed our space!

I highly recommend EZ pro baths for anyone considering a bathroom renovation. The quality of the workmanship, materials, design and finished product are spectacular. In addition the workers are beyond professional and courteous, and are true masters of their respective crafts (carpenters, tile installers, plumbers, electricians, painters, and a specialist who focuses on “finishing touches” that really makes the job complete). My wife states that she feels like she is in a “Spa” when entering and showering in the new bathroom. I have owned numerous homes, starting in 1987, gone through many a renovation and dealt with a variety of contractors, EZ Pro bath is by far the at the top of my list and have delivered a final product that has exceeded my expectations.
